Our current project, the Magnólia Residence Park, is a 60-apartment modern residential development located in northwestern Hungary, near the Austrian and Slovak borders. We place great emphasis on clean, modern design, energy efficiency, and sustainable construction.
Our goal is to create homes that combine comfort, harmony, and long-term value. Each apartment comes with private storage and garage options, making the project ideal for young couples, families, and investors alike.

From the very beginning, our mission has been to deliver quality, experience, and reliability to our guests. Within just four years, we were operating seven hospitality venues simultaneously. Among them, the Várkert Café became one of the area’s most popular meeting spots – fondly remembered by many to this day.
A strategic decision later led us to focus on fewer, higher-quality locations, channeling our resources into excellence.
Since then, we have dedicated our hospitality experience exclusively to the Stettni Klub & Bistro in Hegyeshalom, welcoming guests for nearly 20 years on the picturesque shores of Lake Stettni.
With its cozy atmosphere, diverse menu, and dedicated team, the bistro has become one of the region’s favorite culinary destinations. We regularly host events, family celebrations, and corporate dinners – and even serve as a rest stop for local cycling tours. Our kitchen features Hungarian classics, street food, and vegetarian dishes – all prepared with a commitment to quality. Guests can also enjoy fishing at the lake, with permits available directly at the bistro.
We have also played an active role in regional events, including the popular VinÓvár festival series, which we co-founded and helped organize during its first two editions.
Over the years, we have continuously expanded our business activities, always exploring new opportunities and market needs.
Since 2017, we have been an authorized reseller partner of the National Toll Payment Services Plc (NÚSZ Zrt.). Through this partnership, we offer Hungarian motorway vignettes via our contracted partners, currently providing B2B sales services in Austria. For several years, we served as the sole supplier to OMV Slovenia, gaining invaluable international experience that continues to shape our operations today.
We also distribute foreign motorway vignettes – mainly in physical form – for several Hungarian partners. Recently, we have invested heavily in expanding our services with digital vignettes, offering customers a faster, easier, and more sustainable way to access road-use rights online. By introducing digital systems, we aim to deliver the best possible user experience with cutting-edge technological solutions.
Our group is also an active participant in the real estate market, focusing on both short- and long-term rentals and property management within the Győr-Moson-Sopron region. Our portfolio includes high-quality apartments, studios, and family homes maintained with care and offered to reliable tenants. A highlight of our short-term rental portfolio is the Lucsony Apartment, designed for business travelers, transiting guests, and discerning visitors.
Located in Mosonmagyaróvár’s quiet and popular Lucsony district – close to the city center and major transport routes – the apartment offers modern design, full amenities, and ultimate comfort. We ensure smooth operation through professional cleaning, maintenance, and guest communication systems, guaranteeing both guest satisfaction and owner profitability.
