In recent years, consciously building a company has become my passion. I am convinced that the true foundation of this lies in a team of excellent and committed colleagues. In recent years, consciously building a company has become my passion. I am convinced that the true foundation of this lies in a team of excellent and committed colleagues. A strong, united community where everyone works with dedication to build a company that achieves not only commercial success but also positive social and environmental impacts.
My journey with Tokasz Group began during my high school years when I worked at Várkert Café in summer 2016. At that time, I decided that gastronomy was not my path, yet I chose to study Tourism and Gastronomy at university to gain a broader perspective on the industry.
During the COVID period, I completed my degree. Afterwards, Tamás Molnár approached me to join the office team, as daily tasks left no room for new projects. Although my role was initially unclear, I gladly accepted the challenge.
Over time, I grew more confident in my work and successfully applied the knowledge gained at university. Tamás increasingly involved me in various projects, allowing me to contribute not only behind the scenes but also in developing new perspectives. This dynamic motivated me to continue learning, and I earned a Master’s degree in International Business Economy.
At the end of 2022, I was appointed Managing Director, and since then, I have been doing my best to contribute to the success and sustainable development of Tokasz Group.
Even before joining, I knew the colleagues and liked the environment they had created, which inspired me to return to work after maternity leave in a place where
I could thrive. When the Executive Assistant role was advertised, I immediately expressed my interest, although I was unsure whether I wanted my young son to go to daycare. Fortunately, Tamás and Barbara felt they needed me, and that together we could achieve anything. This gave me a huge boost, and I started pushing things forward.
Since then, I have felt at home — both at work and in life. I am much more motivated and aware, and I feel that the team energizes each other. I have never gotten up without wanting to work, and I trust that with the Tokasz Group team, we have a long and successful road ahead.
